General information
This notice applies to personal data processed during the application process. The protection and confidentiality of your data is of particular importance to Neuverge-Tron GmbH (hereinafter "we", "NVT"). The collection and use of your personal data is carried out exclusively within the framework of the legal provisions of the applicable data protection law. With this privacy policy, we inform you about which personal data we collect in the course of your application process and for what purpose the data is used.

Personal data
Personal data includes any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, such as your name, contact details, and CV data.
Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data for the following purposes:
(i) to carry out the application process and to take steps prior to entering into an employment relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, Art. 88 GDPR).
(ii) to ensure efficient handling of the application process and to defend against potential legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
(iii) where applicable, to retain your application for consideration for future job opportunities, based on your consent where applicable (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Revoking your consent to data processing
Where processing operations are carried out with your explicit consent, you may revoke your consent at any time, for example by sending an email to the contact details provided above. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Data sources
We may collect personal data from different sources in the context of your application process:
- Data provided by you: In particular, information you submit as part of your application (e.g. CV, contact details, cover letter, and other supporting documents).
- Data obtained from third parties: Where applicable, we may receive personal data from third parties, such as recruitment agencies or through referrals, provided this is permitted under applicable data protection laws.
- Publicly available sources: Where necessary for assessing your suitability for a position, we may process personal data obtained from publicly accessible sources (e.g. professional social networks such as LinkedIn). We only process such data where this is necessary for the application process and permitted by applicable law. Where personal data has not been obtained directly from you, we will provide you with the relevant information in accordance with Art. 14 GDPR.
Recipients
Recipients of your personal data may include internal departments involved in the application process, as well as external service providers (e.g. providers of applicant tracking systems, IT and hosting service providers).
Where we engage external service providers, this is done in compliance with applicable data protection laws and on the basis of data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
An up-to-date list of the service providers used can be made available upon request.
International Transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) are implemented in accordance with Art. 44 ff. GDPR.
Retention
Data is retained during the application process and for up to 90 days thereafter, unless longer retention is based on consent (e.g. talent pool) or required for legal claims.
Automated Decision-Making
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
The provision of your personal data is necessary for the application process. Without providing the required data, we may not be able to consider your application. By submitting your application, you acknowledge this privacy policy.
Your Rights
Pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), as a data subject, you enjoy the following statutory rights:
1. Right of Access - You may request confirmation whether we process your personal data and obtain a copy together with information on purposes, legal basis, recipients, retention, and your rights.
2. Right to Rectification - You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
3. Right to Erasure - You may request deletion of your data where legal requirements are met (e.g., data no longer necessary or unlawfully processed)
4. Right to Restriction of Processing — You may request restriction of processing under certain circumstances (e.g., contested accuracy or unlawful processing)
5. Right to Data Portability - Where processing is based on consent or contract, you may receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and transmit it to another controller.
6. Right to Object - You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or public interest. Processing will cease unless overriding grounds exist.
7.
